Here you will find a holiday flat in a flat house with two flats in a quiet location above Beau Vallon, just 500 metres from the longest beach in the Seychelles.You can enjoy your meal outside on the covered terrace. You can enjoy the view over the green surroundings to the ocean. The bay of Beau Vaallon . There are two parking spaces available on the garden plot right next to the house.The flat house is new and equipped to a high standard. The two-storey house is divided into two identical holiday flats, of which the ground floor flat is presented here. The accommodation, which was completed in March 2017, has a living space of 70 m² and offers you two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, as well as a cosy living, dining and cooking area with access to the terrace in the fully air-conditioned interior. In the first bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. In the second bedroom there are two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds next to each other as a double bed. Wardrobes are also available in the rooms to store your travelling wardrobe. While you can access the adjoining en-suite bathroom directly from one bedroom, the bathroom for the second bedroom is accessible via the hallway. Both daylight bathrooms are equally designed as a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Opposite the living area, the open-plan kitchen is ideal for extensive self-catering. This consists of a gas hob with four burners, an oven, a fridge, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine for communal use in the house and an internet connection via WLAN round off the facilities. The flat is cleaned every three to four days. Bed linen and towels are provided.The beach is 500 metres away on foot. Cafés and restaurants, bars and shops await your visit within a radius of 700 to 1000 metres. On the beach of Beau Vallon you will also find our diving centre - the Ocean Dream divers - and several water sports facilities. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach, but as we are on a slightly elevated site, we recommend a hire car, as is the case everywhere on the island, and we are located above Beau Vallon beach. From the flat you have a marvellous view over the bay. This section of beach has an offshore reef and is ideal for snorkelling. At high tide, the water level drops to around four metres and you can see all the coral fish, corals and even turtles.As everywhere on the island, we recommend a hire car. We can offer this at a reasonable price through our car hire company. It is recommended as it makes you more independent and allows you to get to the more remote beaches and sights by car and also makes it easier to get to your accommodation. Our accommodation is slightly elevated. We also offer tours to the neighbouring islands of Praslin and La Dique (possibly with an overnight stay on Praslin). This also includes ferry bookings.
