The flat has three bedrooms accessible via the second corridor, two of which have a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 metres). The eat-in kitchen with a view of the orchard is fully equipped. There is a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, plenty of crockery and pots, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender. In the living area there is a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system as well as a wood-burning stove, which provides cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. The washing machine is also located in the large shower room with double washbasin and a 1.20 x 0.80 metre shower tray and toilet. There is also a separate toilet room. Garden furniture and a parasol await you in the large orchard.
