From nature lovers to night owls, there is something for everyoneThe small terrace with its comfortable chairs and a larger table offers the opportunity for a cosy breakfast or a romantic dinner.The full width of the garden with its mature trees ends at the lake. Part of the garden on the shore is reserved exclusively for guests of the holiday flat with a parasol. Those seeking the shade of the old trees are also welcome to sit there. Deckchairs and small tables are available for this purpose.The jetty has steps near the shore to get into the lake. A rowing boat is moored at the steps and is available to guests free of charge and without restriction. The front part of the jetty is private and not accessible from spring to autumn. However, mooring, even for larger boats, is possible by prior arrangement and for a fee.Two ladies' and two men's bicycles can be used free of charge at any time to explore the surrounding area.For a comprehensive water sports experience, several double and single kayaks, a small sailing boat, windsurfing equipment and a stand-up board are available for a fee (windsurfing and sailing boat with certificate of competence). If you want to be more comfortable, you can hire a small motor for the rowing boat. Life jackets in all sizes are available for safety.Parking spaces are usually available in the quiet street directly in front of the house.The flats are exclusively and comfortably furnished and suitable for 2-4 persons and can be reached via a separate street and house entrance. our rooms are like our guests. Ideal for walks in almost unspoilt nature. Also nearby is Königs Wusterhausen with its castle built by Friedrich Wilhelm I, the so-called Soldier King, and the radio museum on the Funkeberg, from which the first radio programme in Germany was broadcast in 1923. The Dahme cycle path runs almost directly past the Haus am See and opens up the marvellous Dahme lake landscape. The centre of Berlin can be reached in thirty minutes by car or in 25 minutes by regional train from Königs Wusterhausen.Rowing boat for 4 people included!
