It was completely renovated in May 2017. The floors throughout the apartment are laid with laminate and all walls have new wallpaper. The front door and all internal doors have been renewed. The fully-equipped built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The tableware, a coffee machine and various utensils were new in October 2016. An electric stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle are also provided. The living room has a sofa bed with a new flatscreen TV and a modern satellite receiver. A new dining space (2016) invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom has been fitted with a new washbasin, WC, shower cubicle and flooring.The nearest beach for swimming, also with a dog, is about 3km away (Sehestedt). It is about 40km to Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven. Dangast is a well-known holiday destination about 15km away. The nearest restaurant/café is about 300 metres away and it is about 4km to the nearest shopping facilities, a bank and doctors.
