This large ground-floor studio can accommodate up to 2 people, with a dining area and double bed. 32-inch television, WIFI. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, etc.) Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.The estate is located at the end of a long private avenue, far from any noise pollution, in a quiet, authentic and tastefully restored environment. Its geographical location in the centre of the département means it is easy and quick to get to all the tourist attractions on this peninsula steeped in history.The small stable, separate from the house, is 35 m2 and sleeps 2 with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and sitting area. 32-inch television, WIFI.
