Are you looking for a high-quality holiday home on the south side of Lake Balaton in Balatonbereny? We offer you our holiday home "Steffi G" without the stress of the surrounding area and yet within easy reach of everything you need for a good holiday, such as restaurants, shops for your daily needs, post office, doctor, train, bicycle hire. Please note that there are only four normal beds available. A possible fifth and sixth person sleeps on a sofa bed in an extra room, a seventh and eighth person sleeps on mobile guest beds. A cot for children is also available. The house is equipped with W-LAN. Please note that we are obliged to collect a tourist tax for the municipality per day and person aged 18 and over in cash on arrival. The amount of the tourist tax may vary. Of course, some bicycles are also available in your holiday home, subject to availability. You can also use a gas barbecue on request. For colder days we have a beautiful barrel sauna in the garden for up to 8 people, which is very popular. Our manager manages the keys for this and will also provide you with the necessary sauna towels for a washing fee per towel. Please do NOT make any infusions in the sauna. You only pay for electricity if the total electricity consumption during your holiday exceeds 200kwh. There is a small charge for over this amount. Garden, pool and sauna are used by both holidaying families on the property. A lido can be found 800 metres away. For friends of naturism you will also find a very nice lido 2km away. The cycle path around Lake Balaton also leads through our village. Keszthely, the largest town on Lake Balaton, is 15 kilometres away. It offers a lot of sights, a very nice lido, a really nice boulevard and of course all the necessary shopping facilities you can think of for your holiday. There is also a hospital there. And of course a lot of restaurants. Boats also leave from there across Lake Balaton. About 17 kilometres from Balatonbereny you will find the world-famous thermal spa Heviz. In 20km you will find another extremely beautiful thermal bath in Zalakaros and for friends of unspoilt nature the Kissbalaton area begins in 15km. You will find further suggestions in an information folder in the house on arrival. Your contact person, who will give you the keys, speaks German and will answer any questions you may have. Should you ever want to come to us with a maximum of 6 people, there is the possibility of renting another, also very high-quality holiday home for 4-6 people in the immediate vicinity of your house. Attention! Please note that according to EU law, you must also carry a child ID card for children of all ages. This may be required at borders and must also be available for registration with the tourist authorities. Persons of any age without ID must be turned back.
