Antico Borgo Casalappi is located 10 minutes by car from the splendid beaches of the Carbonifera (9 km), in the natural park of Sterpaia. In 20 minutes by car you can reach Baratti or Rimigliano, other splendid beaches in the area. We are just 3 km from all services (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc). Although close to all services and beaches, our structure is in a very private hilly position, for lovers of peace and splendid views. At our guests' disposal a panoramic swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a large sand play area. To visit within a distance 10/15 km the medieval cities: Suvereto, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima, Castagneto Carducci, Populonia, as well as the possibility of organizing wine tastings nearby. It is on the ground floor with a beautiful and large garden with panoramic view equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. The apartment has a living room with dining area, TV set and double sofa bed; separated kitchen (equipped with 4-zone hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware); one bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms. From the living room, through the stairs you can access the open space under roof with another double bed and another bathroom. The apartment is equipped with washing machine; air conditioning with supplement . The private garden features a barbecue, tables, chairs and a parasol for al fresco dining. We remind you that Wifi is available in the common areas (park, swimming pool, reception) and is not available in the apartments. It is located in an environment of great landscape and cultural and artistic itineraries: in front of a sea with beautiful beaches such as Torre Mozza, Carbonifera, Golfo di Baratti; near ancient cities such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto; very close to spas and wellness centers such as the Calidario, the Etruscan Necropolis of Baratti and the promontory. Thanks to its central position, it allows you to reach cities of art such as Florence, Siena and Pisa.
