Luxurious villa on Lake Madampe, approx. 1.4 km from the beach. Very quiet location and yet close to the city.Villa - directly on the lake, large private infinity pool, 3 bedrooms, including breakfast, daily service and boat trips, lunch and dinner can be orderedThere is a dining table on the spacious terrace overlooking the lake. Further facilities include sun loungers. The infinity pool measures 4.8 m x 15 m with different depths (also suitable for children of different ages). The maximum depth is approx. 1.5 metres. The pool is cleaned daily.The villa is designed for up to 6 people and invites you to spend an unforgettable holiday in a preserved ecosystem. Breakfast, daily cleaning and laundry are included. The villa also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans, WiFi, a small library and the service of our manager and staff. The villa has two master bedrooms with adjoining indoor and outdoor bathrooms. In one of these bedrooms, the king-size bed can be separated into two single beds. There is a further bedroom. This bedroom has an adjoining indoor bathroom. The beds are large and equipped with high quality mattresses and bed linen. The building is modern, the doors and windows are antique and the floor is covered with smooth concrete. The living areas are generous and spacious. A speaker system for your iPod or MP3 player is available in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. On request, our staff can also cook for you in the kitchen of the service house.The location is very quiet and yet close to the city, train station, bus stop and the motorway to Colombo. There are grocery shops in the neighbourhood. It is a paradise for anglers. There are plenty of fish, crabs and prawns (we do not provide fishing equipment). You can also visit the fishermen on the beach and buy the freshly caught fish.At least one employee stays overnight in the neighbouring service house. Our staff can prepare lunch and/or dinner for you on request. A menu allows you to make a choice. You can explore the lake with our own boat. We have a tu-tuk transport service and a van for longer tours. Our manager will help you organise excursions etc. The house is monitored by a security company at night.
