Casa Portosole in Agra is located about 300 meters above the lake on an east-west-facing plateau, with a stunning view of the valleys, mountains, and Lake Maggiore.
About 15 minutes from Luino, with a bus stop right in front of the house. A starting point for hikes, bike tours, and stunningly beautiful excursions in the surrounding area.

The house was renovated to German standards and has been on the market since the summer of 2025. The Vista Valle vacation rental is located on the first floor, is wheelchair-accessible, and is suitable for people with disabilities.

The living area is approximately 75 square meters; all rooms are at ground level with a large terrace and a view of the valley.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet. A separate restroom with a sink is also available next to one of the bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining area seats up to 5 people. The seating area in the living room can be used as a sofa bed.

The vacation rental features a large southeast-facing balcony with a small table, umbrella, and chairs.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180x200 cm) and access to the balcony; the other bedroom has a small desk and two single beds (90x200 cm).

Bedding, towels, and a shower towel, as well as a hair dryer, are provided.

In the garden area, guests can use an outdoor seating area (which is also wheelchair-accessible). Free parking is available in front of the building.
From May through September, guests may use the hosts’ pool.

A high chair and a crib can be provided upon request (please notify us in advance).

The building has a central hot water supply and a central heating system; each room has a radiator.

The house has satellite TV (Germany) and free Wi-Fi.
