This VillaVilla holiday home in Asserbo, North Zealand, is a short distance from the sandy beaches of the North Zealand Riviera and the historic Asserbo Castle Ruin. The home can accommodate up to 18 people, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living area with a fireplace, and an activity room with table football, darts, billiards, and a PlayStation 4. There\\\'s also a bar with its own fridge. The house features an indoor pool area with an 18 m2 swimming pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool. The pool area has its own bathroom with two showers and a toilet. The house has two separate sleeping areas on the ground floor and a loft that can sleep up to four guests. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom. The outdoor area includes a partially covered terrace with quality garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden has a trampoline, swings, and a sandbox for children, and is also pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs. Please note that noise should be kept to a minimum after 22:00 in this summer home area. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
