On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: “Apartment 1” for up to 6 people; “Apartment 2” for up to 4 people. Local tax per person (children under 16 are free): €3.25/night. Final cleaning for “Apartment 1”: €95.00 (included in the price). Final cleaning for “Apartment 2”: €140.00 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Children under 2 years of age stay for free in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
