Welcome to your waterfront retreat!

Our cozy holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests and features a private jetty, perfect for relaxing, fishing or heading straight out on the water with your own boat. Thanks to the free slipway in the park (up to 6 m), you can launch your boat easily and moor directly at the house.
(Your own boat must be brought along or can be rented in the park from Happyboats.)

In addition, two stand-up paddleboards and a 320 cm inflatable boat (for up to four people) are available and can be booked optionally. You can also attach your own motor to it, either electric or petrol-powered, up to 15 HP.

Living & Sleeping

Three bright bedrooms, each with two single beds that can easily be pushed together to form double beds. A modern bathroom with shower and an additional guest WC provide comfort. Beds are freshly made on arrival and fresh towels are provided. Air conditioning is also available.

Comfort & Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need for cooking. Air conditioning, TV with Netflix and high-speed internet ensure a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Living

The terrace offers a large table with seating for six as well as a BBQ grill including grilling utensils – perfect for relaxed evenings. There is space on the property for a boat trailer and two cars.

Fishing & Water Adventures

From your private jetty, you can explore the Dutch waterways. Please note: the lock is closed from October 15 to April 15; during this period boating is possible within the park – ideal for predatory and coarse fishing, with many attractive fishing spots.

Park & Surroundings

Within the holiday park you’ll find an excellent restaurant, petting zoo, outdoor playground, mini market, bread service, as well as boat, bicycle, go-kart and e-bike rentals.
A laundrette is available, and you can charge your electric car at reception.

The historic town of Kampen with shops, cafés and restaurants is just a short drive away. A shopping center with Aldi, McDonald’s, Jysk, Action and more is only about 2 km from the park.
