Recientemente renovado, el interior es lujoso y moderno, a la vez que proporciona todas las comodidades y servicios que necesitará para sentirse como en casa mientras se relaja y explora la hermosa ciudad costera de Carlsbad, California. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama King size, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y la sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama plegable que es de tamaño Queen. El baño en esta unidad está separado del dormitorio principal, y el patio es compartido pero cerrado con la unidad adyacente.

Not sure this is luxury

Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right. I had to book last minute after VRBO allowed a house I had booked up the street months in advance to cancel my reservation since she found someone for a longer stay. This cost me double what I originally paid for a house.

Amazing

You can not beat the location. It was overlooking the ocean and walking distance to all downtown Carlsbad has to offer. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed appliances.

Raining in the condo for Christmas!

Despite the bottom of the refrigerator being dirty & me having to clean it when we checked in. Dining room chairs & sofa cushions were stained. Other then that the view was awesome. Take a self note, NO salt & pepper or ANY kind of condiment's NO WHERE! Unfortunately it starting raining in the Livingroom at 5:15 AM on Christmas Eve day & raining through the bedroom window. Called the property manager & no response until 10:00am. Sofa/sleeper was soaked & so were some of my clothes & a Coach purse. Took me 5 hours to clean up water & do mostly our all our clothes. Every time someone used the washer machine water poured through the bathroom floor & wall. We were offered to move upstairs for 2 nights but move back down to the same room without anything being fixed. After the ceilings & walls have dried, you can tell this is not the first time it's rained in that condo. Sofa bed was soaked & stained from prior wetness. Pictures of this condo is from 3 years ago when remodeled. It's not what the pic's show. Don't waste your money!

Excellent Beach Stay

We came in for the Thanksgiving holiday with local family and this was a great location for walking Into the village, great beach walking and the accommodations were perfect! Manager was easy to reach and all went smoothly and enjoyable. We all loved this place!

Best bang for the buck

As expensive as it is to vacation in Southern California, Ocean Villas in my opinion offers the best value in the area for a condo that is on the beachfront. Location is outstanding since it is close to downtown Carlsbad Village and a variety of restaurants. Walking the seawall is just a few blocks away as well Legoland being just up the hill. We stayed in unit c, which I believe is the best because it is a spacious large one bedroom condo that is on the street level which makes it very easy to move your stuff in and out. There is a wonderful deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, that includes a gas grill and gas fire pit for night time lounging. The furniture is adequate and it has a four seat dining room table that can be easily expanded to 6 people. It is an older unit but the owners have done an excellent job of updating where possible and making the kitchen and bathroom functional. There are two large screen tv's that are cable connected. Wifi comes with the unit. Finally, there is easy access to the beach with a variety of beach toys that are available to use. The resort staff is excellent and easy to work with and will handle any questions you might have. If you are lucky enough to book this unit you won't be disappointed .

Royalty Loved There Stay! Unit E

My family gathered Thanksgiving Day for a sensational 4 day stay..beyond our expectations! Spectacular view, staff, unit..I prepared an entire holiday dinner..the kitchen was fabulous. We , as a family, travel often & this will be a destination for sure in the future! Exceptional!!!

Excellent EVERYTHING

We had the BEST time at the Ocean Villas. This was our first time staying and everything exceeded our expectations - in fact, it was so awesome we have already booked a week for next year! The unit was amazing, it was everything you would imagine for a unit on the beach, they had chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas and sand toys that could be used anytime - and they were all in great condition! Our kids are a little older so we hung out on our deck while they were playing in the sand because we could see them, when they wanted to go in the ocean, they would signal us and we would head down to the beach. We bought groceries our first night and did not get in the car again until we left. We really could not have been happier with Ocean Villas. PS The staff is also amazing and very friendly and helpful! This was the most relaxing vacation we've had in quite awhile.

We love Ocean Villas! This was our 2nd stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. Unit C was very nicely furnished, very comfortable. The location is ideal with many great restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. The beach is great and the sea wall walkway is great if you want to get a good walk without getting sandy. The sunset views are amazing. Loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine next to the fire pit. It was the best birthday celebration!!

Great place!

We spent January and February in this unit for 6 years. We loved the street level with no steps. The ocean view was great with a fire pit and grill on the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. We loved the location because it was within walking distance of great restaurants and the village. We made a lot of friends and memories during our stay in this unit.

Great place to stay - RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Loved, Loved, Loved it!

This was our second time staying at Ocean Villas (the first time was a different unit). The place is great (which is why we came back) and the staff super friendly and helpful. We have two young kids, and they have lots of beach toys and even wetsuits available (limited supply) to make their time on the beach even more enjoyable. The building itself is a bit older, but has been well maintained over the years and the new owners seem to be putting time/dollars into improvements. If you are looking for a place right on the beach (not across the street from it like many places) that has a FULL kitchen and a friendly helpful staff that's available if you need, then this is the place for you. We loved it so much, we've booked to stay again!
