Nuestra casa adosada espaciosa y luminosa en Virginia Beach North End está muy bien ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa. Con una pasarela aislada directamente desde el patio trasero, la playa está a solo un minuto de distancia.

Nuestra casa es ideal para familias con niños y / o parejas. Wi-Fi gratuito, estacionamiento para 3 autos al lado de la casa.

En el primer piso, encontrará un dormitorio de reina bellamente amueblado con baño privado completo.
El segundo piso extraordinariamente brillante cuenta con una amplia sala de estar y comedor, una cocina y un bar totalmente equipados, medio baño y una sala familiar con un sofá cama tamaño queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD Blu Ray.
Finalmente, el tercer piso es el hogar del dormitorio principal tamaño king con un sofá desplegable adicional de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD.
Otro dormitorio incluye una litera de pirámide (llena en la parte inferior y gemela en la parte superior). Ambos dormitorios tienen puertas correderas a la terraza. El amplio baño tiene una ducha y bañera separadas.

La casa tiene dos hermosas cubiertas, donde se puede disfrutar de una agradable brisa o preparar una comida gourmet en la parrilla a gas. Lavadora y secadora están disponibles en el primer piso. La ducha al aire libre está en la parte trasera de la casa. Tenemos tres espacios de estacionamiento al lado de la casa. El espacioso garaje contiguo es un excelente lugar para almacenar sus bicicletas o tablas de surf. Proporcionamos sillas de playa, sillones, refrigeradores y sombrillas.

Kitchen was well stocked. House is well appointed. The open concept 2nd floor was PERFECT for us just being together for Thanksgiving. Cooking, eating, playing games, watching TV, lounging - we couldn't have asked for a better place. Walk to beach was easy (lots of beach stuff). Pulling in or out can be tricky but the safety mirror is a great help - just be patient! Ample parking.

The bikes, beach stuff, and cart available for use were awesome and the garage and back patio made a great staging and storage spot before the short quarter mile walk to the beach. It was so nice having a walking path right out of the back yard onto the sleepy side street (maybe saw 2 cars pulling into drive ways the whole week, otherwise no cars). The walk was so quick, almost better than staying directly on the beach since we had a nice backyard.

Relaxed end of town, good beach access.

The property is as described. Ocean very close, easy walk and not in traffic, very nice and easy. The beach is very spacious and you are away from the hotels so very nice. It is a public beach but it is maintained fabulously and is very very clean. There are cute crabs playing in the sand and there’s room to spread out. I enjoyed the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop and Kroger is 12 minutes away if you like to cook. House was very spacious, multiple decks, outdoor space. Communication and check in was very good. I would recommend this place for adults or kids. Pics are: Sunrise, dunes at sunset, and a well known amusement park which is nearby.

Spring Break Getaway!

This was a great stay! The house was clean and avalible with no trouble. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. We actually caught the Shamrock Parade and Run on our visit which was icing on the cake before ourr flight. Our hostes was only a text away for any questions or concerns our stay. Highly recommend Sea La Vie!!

North End Getaway

Great location on North End!! Short stroll to beach without crossing any streets. Beautiful sunrises, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, and just chillin' in quiet neighborhood setting. 3-story house layout really worked well for us. Separate downstairs larger bedroom, bath, and laundry area with outside patio/backyard area that was very inviting. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. Both middle and top level had outdoor patios to catch some rays! Enjoyed garage full of treasures, like cooler, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more--that was a bonus! No issues, hosts very available, informative, and welcoming. Enjoy!!!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location to beach was great, because we did not have to get onto a busy road to get there. With toddlers, this is key. The main upstairs bedroom also had a large closet that could accommodate a pack n’ play. Small notation: although a bullet on the listing, I did not catch the additional fee for sheets and linens. This seems to be normal for Virginia Beach, but I had never heard of it in other travels (this was our first time renting a house at VA beach). It makes sense with the sand but was a surprise addition. Also, we forgot toiletries, and only hand washing soap is included (another VA beach norm). All in all, Elena was very kind and wonderful to work with. This was perfect for our family! Thank you!

Wonderful place

The place was one of the cleanest rental properties we've every stayed in, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of space. The garage with lots of umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and beach wagon was great! The owners were so kind and even accommodated a request for an early check-in. The location is wonderful - a very short walk to the beach and each day we saw lots of dolphins and pelicans. Highly recommend this property!

Sea La Vie Stay

Our stay was wonderful, the house is beautiful, very well decorated and maintained. The host was available and very responsive. Its about 2 min walk to the beach, which was wonderful, not crowded. My family and I had a wonderful week and would stay with this owner again.

Beautiful getaway

This house was so beautiful with newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The beach was just a short walk. It was very quiet and never crowded. Our host thought of everything we might need and it was a very comfortable house. Definitely recommend!!

Great location!

Very clean. Close to the beach. Beautiful beach with very few people, which was lovely. Saw dolphins jumping the waves from the shore! Kitchen amenities maybe a little sparse if you're planning to cook at the house but otherwise great! New looking very clean bathrooms! A small lack of hot water for showers but it wasn't cold.

Super clean, and close to the beach!

Sea la Vie is a lovely place! It is super clean and comfortable. Yes, it might look a little dated, but everything works! The house is tastefully decorated and everything you need is there! We didn’t do any cooking while there, so I can’t speak to specifics about that, but it seemed like the basic cookware was available. It can be a little tricky pulling out of the driveway, but that’s really the only negative. The house is well-stocked, especially the garage full of various style beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and three bikes…again, everything is very clean. There is a special access to the side street from the garage/back yard, so no need to walk on the busy street — we loved that feature! There are two decks and plenty of deck furniture. Great location close to the beach…maybe a two minute walk! Another bonus, there is a carport for two cars! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was just as advertised on the VRBO site. The owner of the property was very responsive to all of our needs in a very timely manner. The house had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy our yearly visit to the beach.

A Second Home ♥

Such a lovely Sea La Vie house owned by beautiful and nice people. We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. It was remarkably clean. I love the interior lighting and design. Elena made sure the place is equipped with necessities, you do not even have to bring more except for your change of clothes! I so love her! Even before our stay, Elena was on top of reminding me and providing us with essential information during our stay. The rooms are gorgeous especially the master's bedroom with the elegant ceiling fan, a full pull-out couch, a walk-in closet, and a hidden dresser! There is a cute room with a bunk bed too. My parents loved the room on the ground floor. It has its own bath and toilet. The kids were excited and rushed to the entertainment room to play board games. They were awake until wee hours in the morning to enjoy the entertainment room while the adults enjoyed the 2 decks gazing up the lovely moon at night. The Wheeleez beach cart was the best for the beach umbrella and chairs. The kids did not mind going back to the beach a couple of times as it was just a minute or two from the beach! My husband and a friend enjoyed the bikes which were readily available, and they went bike riding to the boardwalk. This summer vacation at Virginia Beach turned out to be the best experience of this year. It was amazing how everything turned out perfect for our summer vacation. Thank you so much, Elena and Roman! We will surely come back ♥

Spotless and lovely area!

We enjoyed staying at this property. The description is spot on. I was amazed by the amount of beach gear - chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys and even a SUPER helpful beach cart since there is a VERY short walk and we had 4 kids with us!!! While this isn’t a newly renovated and fancily decorated and furnished rental, it has everything you need and is SPOTLESS. I even moved the bunk bead upstairs to put the top bunk sheet on - not one piece of trash, dirt or dust behind that bed! I highly recommend you stay!!!

If you ask locals what the best place to live in Virginia Beach is, they will tell you that it is the North End.
We love the house, the area, our great green backyard, such close proximity to the beach, spaciousness and brightness of the house. Fortunately, we have many guests who share this feeling with us. That's why we have many guests visiting us for many years. Our best reward is to have very satisfied guests, and we try our best to achieve it!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is ideally located at the best area of Virginia Beach. It has a direct path from the backyard to the beautiful beach, which is much less crowded than at the Boardwalk area. At the same time, Boardwalk with all the attractions, shops, and restaurants is just one mile away -- it is a 20 min relaxing walk on the beach or a few minutes drive. There is also a biking trail right from the house all the way to the Boardwalk and along the Boardwalk.
The most visited Virginia's First Landing State park is just three blocks away. It is great for biking, hiking, and relaxing.
