A well-maintained one-room apartment measuring approximately 31 m², located near the Hörnum golf course; a living room/bedroom with a double bed, two wicker armchairs, a two-seater sofa, a table, a chest, a sideboard, satellite TV, a clock radio, and access to the west-facing balcony with seating; small separate kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave and oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment; dining table for 2 people; hallway with a wardrobe and storage closet; bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has had Wi-Fi since February 2026.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony! Pets are allowed! Parking space No. 11 is assigned to the apartment. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s utility room.
