This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This cozy basement apartment for two people combines modern living comfort with a quiet, central location near the Old Harbor. Whether you’re looking for relaxing walks along the Baltic Sea coast, cultural discoveries in the Old Town, or simply a little time away for two—here you’ll find the ideal starting point for your vacation.

In Wismar itself, you’ll find plenty of culture, art, and a welcoming variety of dining options. Stroll through the beautiful downtown, take a walk with a fish sandwich or an ice cream at the old harbor, visit the zoo or the technology museum, and enjoy many other activities. It’s no wonder the old town is an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The island of Poel is just a stone’s throw away. There you’ll find natural beaches and beautiful sandy shores, as well as many bike paths to explore the nature and beauty of this island. A 30-minute drive will take you to the seaside resort of Boltenhagen to the west of Wismar and the vacation town of Rerik to the east.
