Ático de 6 a 8 con piscina, jardines.

Se trata de un moderno apartamento ático en el tercer piso con ascensor. Hay jardines y una piscina. Está totalmente climatizado y dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles cada una con cuarto de baño, así como un sofá-cama en el salón. Hasta ocho personas pueden quedarse. También tenemos una silla de bebé, juguetes y cuna de viaje si es necesario.

Tenemos una gran terraza orientada al sur (20 metros cuadrados) mira hacia el mar con mesa y seis sillas y tumbonas. Las puertas dobles conducen a la cocina, así como a la sala, por lo que disfrutamos de muchas comidas en el balcón

Hay una sala de estar generosa con una mesa de comedor con capacidad para diez, y una cocina independiente totalmente equipada. Tendrá un lugar de estacionamiento seguro fuera de la vía reservada detrás de puertas con control remoto. Tenemos una piscina privada en los jardines para residentes y está a unos 500 metros a pie de las playas de arena poco profundas y seguras.
Golfe = JuanM es bastante con dos puertos y un montón de restaurantes junto al puerto para disfrutar.
El apartamento es amplio y tiene instalaciones para niños que incluye trona, cuna cama y la cubierta de hojas sueltas para la silla de comedor, así como PlayStation 2 con juegos para los niños mayores. Para los jugadores de puente, no están haciendo una oferta cajas, mesa, tarjetas, etc.
Golfe-Juan es el verdadero Riviera francesa virgen. Buenos restaurantes (estrella Michelin) y muchos otros a lo largo de la orilla del mar y del puerto. Golfe-Juan cuenta con un servicio gratuito de autobús por toda la ciudad. La cercana estación de tren significa que usted no necesita tener un coche. Italia es una corta distancia.
El apartamento está situado en una tranquila calle residencial a poca distancia de tiendas 200 m. El centro de la ciudad con más tiendas y la playa están a unos 500 metros de distancia. Tenis y golf en las inmediaciones. Golfe-Juan está cerca de Juan-les-Pins y Canens para la vida nocturna ..

Al llegar será recibido por nuestro gerente local multilingüe que le mostrará alrededor. Nuestros precios incluyen todos los de todo, incluyendo sábanas y toallas.

Golfe-Juin es una ciudad malle entre Cannes y Antibes y es el verdadero sur de Francia. La zona y el camino que estamos es muy tranquila con poco tráfico. Las pequeñas tiendas están cerca para que sus hijos puedan ir a pasear por su cuenta.

El apartamento cuenta con Inglés TV vía satélite y rápida a Internet / Wi-Fi está incluido.

En los jardines hay una piscina con zona de lavado, así como un campo de petanca y un olivar donde se puede sentar en la hierba o bancos para protegerse del sol.

Los autobuses salen desde el final de la calle, así que un coche no es esencial.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very, very, well equipped. During our stay we didn't need anything than what was provided and the owners have paid a particular attention to cater for families with nice touches and thought through items and furniture. The complex is also calm and residents were friendly, the pool is nice and well maintained, the same can be said about the grounds.The property is close to local shops and only 10 minutes walk to the beach and sea front. Both the owners and the property managers have made our stay extra special with exceptional handling of our booking, which is a small details that has a huge impact on the overall impression of the stay and we are very grateful to them both for this. We will return again and recommend the property and its owners.

Grand Appartement bien situé

Très bon accueil de Markus, le responsable local. Bel appartement bien situé pour les visites (Valbonne à 20 mn en voiture, Gourdon à 45mn). Résidence calme. On peut aller en vélo pour visiter les environs. Ce fut de très belles vacances, nous reviendrons !

Lovely flat with an amazing terrace

We enjoyed a lot the flat and the terrace is super with a nice view. Air conditioning in every room. The beach is at 10/15 minutes walking distance. We would have stayed more days!

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Wohnung

Die Wohnung von John ist einfach nur großartig: Super Lage, tolle Terrasse, alle Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, großartig ausgestattet - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Und dazu noch ein super Service! John hat uns im Vorfeld alle notwendigen Infos zukommen lassen und Markus vor Ort war ein wunderbarer und verlässlicher Ansprechpartner, mit dem die reibungslose Übergabe organisiert wurde. Herzlichen Dank an John und Markus - das war echt ein tolles Niveau, das Ihr uns geboten habt!!!

Excellent home from home.

We can't find anything to fault this apartment on. The apartment is bright and clean. It is well equipped. Excellent location. Very handy for the local bus services. The lounge and balcony gets the sun all day. I was here with my wife, my mother-in-law, and my wife's aunt. The senior pair had never done a self-catering holiday before. This apartment has now given them the idea for the future. Markus, the property manager, is on hand should any issues, regardless, arise. It is an easy walk (15 - 20 minutes) to the port, beaches and railway station from the apartment. As previously stated, take a li-lo or something similar to with you should you wish to laze about the pool. Certainly recommended. Thank you to John and Celia.

Rummelig, behagelig lejlighed med dejlig terrasse og god beliggenhed ca 10 minutters gang fra strand

Lejligheden er både veludstyret og rummelig (kan nemt rumme 6 voksne uden problemer). Alt fungerer og er ligetil. Der er styr på tingene (også fra udlejers side) Ejendommen er meget velholdt og beliggende i roligt område. Der er kort afstand til det meste. Indenfor ca 10 min gang er der adgang til indkøb, strand, restaurant, apotek mm. Bussen til Cannes tager 15 min. og der er en køretur på 30 min til Nice og 45 min. til Monaco. Et dejligt sted der kan anbefales.

Brilliant apartment!

A beautiful, spacious apartment that is very well equipped and in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the sandy beach; it is situated on the top floor and can be accessed by a lift. The premises are entered via security gates and door entry code. There was ample room for our group of six with a huge lounge and plenty of space for everyone on the very large, sunny balcony.The kitchen has excellent appliances and all the equipment you would need if you plan to cook. The property has air con, was very clean and the apartment block well maintained. The owner was most helpful with advice and information about the local area and there were plenty of instructions for use of the internet /TV/DVD etc. The pool area was really nice and very clean but you might want to take loungers/inflatables to lie on as there is nothing provided. The small town is about 15-20 minutes walk away and has all the usual shops. There are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes along the harbour side and various water sports and boat trips and the train that runs along the coast is superb for exploring the area. We would certainly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere tranquil but within walking distance of the livelier parts of the town.

A brilliant apartment that caters for every need.set in a peaceful environment.I stayed with my Mother brother and daighter and we all had a good time here.Would have liked to had some deckchairs for the pool but we coped with towels.Well done John we hope to stay again next year.

We are a family from London,, UK and we have three adult children We bought this apartment, as we wanted somewhere where could all stay together for holidays and sometimes use when the weather is cold in the UK.
We are a retired professional couple - an accountant and a CEO who ran international organisation. We like food, relaxing and classical Music. Celia loves the beach side walks and walking to see fish being sold straight from boats in the harbour every morning. I enjoy visiting the many art galleries and beautiful mountain villages inland

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I used to come to the South of France as a child. The weather is lovely with bright sunlight. We wanted somewhere very close to the sea, but not actually on the sea-front. Golfe-Juan is small town, with mainly French residents. It is close to Cannes, Juan-les-Pins and Antibes so that there is much to see and do. When we chose the location it was essential for us that access was good and that we could enjoy the area without having to sue a car. The buses and local train allow easy visits all along the coast and into Italy at very low cost

We chose la Desirade because it was in a quiet location and had large gardens and a private swimming pool. The people here are friendly.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We can see the sea from our living room and terrace, and see mountains on the other side of the apartment. We liked la Desirade because it had generous space and grounds. As most of the residents are French and out at work , the grounds and pool are not crowded. Everyone is friendly and we all greet each other with a "Bonjour".
Parking is easy as we have our own space and you will get a remote control for the gates.
The areas is quiet and safe. Children can go down to the beach and teenagers explore on their own without worry. The gardens have a small olive grove for shade and bench seats set in the grass. There is even a boules pitch to play french style bowls.

The large terrace - about 4m x 5m has a partial overhang roof so it is lovely to use all day.

We bought the apartment with the intention to spend winters here, so we chose one which had plenty of space for us, and one bathroom for each bedroom so that our children and friends can feel comfortable.

The apartment is furnished for comfort during a hot summer ... we have the usual things like full fibre internet and WiFi and UK TV programmes, but also plentiful supplies of wine glasses and plates with a real separate kitchen so that feeding families is easy. One of the attractions of France is that that there are many places offering prepared food that just need cooking or even only warming for a super meal.

Our favourite time is at 6 in the evening when we all sit on the terrace with nibbles and an aperitif. Try a Pineau de Charentes - our favourite and enjoy the sunset.
