Behind this vacation apartment on the 3rd floor of the Granitz building lies a luxurious, non-smoking apartment furnished with Italian flair. You’ll receive a warm welcome there and be invited to leave the stress of everyday life behind—here, dreams come true with a view of the sea. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, you can watch the waves roll in and the trees sway in the wind—it’s sure to put a smile on your face. This comfortable vacation home features: two bedrooms that accommodate four people or a family with two children, each with a flat-screen TV, two separate, modern shower rooms with toilets that ensure privacy, and a living and dining area where the family can gather. Right next door, within easy reach, you can prepare delicious meals in a modern kitchen. Free Wi-Fi access is, of course, included. A beach chair on the beach is available to you from May through September. Unfortunately, dogs must stay outside.

The “Granitz” house is the first completed house in the entire Block III in Prora. How did this house get its name? The Granitz hunting lodge—a popular destination for day trips—was the first structure built in the Granitz forest area. That is why the first house in this block bears this name.
