This modern vacation home, newly built in 2016 "Strandglück" is a beautiful thatched-roof duplex with 4 rooms and 120 square meters of living space, as well as a large garden on the edge of a thatched-roof vacation complex; it is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests plus a toddler. The house spans 3 levels and is furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail.

The centerpiece of the light-filled living and dining area on the first floor is the beautiful, large dining table. The tastefully furnished living area invites you to relax with its cozy sofa and modern entertainment technology, such as a flat-screen TV (LCD TV), CD player, radio, and Blu-ray player. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the west-facing terrace and the garden area right from the living area.
The open kitchen with an adjacent dining area offers all the necessary cooking equipment and plenty of space to comfortably enjoy your meals. High-quality appliances and kitchen utensils enhance the experience throughout the house.
You’ll also find one of the two modern bathrooms on the first floor, which features a walk-in shower and a toilet. A window provides additional natural light.
In the utility room, located on the same level, you’ll find everything from a washing machine to an ironing board and iron.

From the hallway, a staircase leads you to the first floor.
On this floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and matching wardrobes for your clothes. One of the two rooms also features an additional flat-screen TV.
The large and comfortably furnished bathroom on this floor, complete with a window, leaves nothing to be desired. After a wonderful day on vacation, you can choose to take a relaxing, soothing bath or simply hop in the shower. Of course, a toilet is also included here.

The third bedroom, which has been converted into a guest or children’s room in the attic of the house, features two single beds (90x200 cm). A beautiful dresser and a chair can be used for storage here. You can also reach the attic via a beautiful staircase in the hallway.

On your two furnished terraces (1 facing west, 1 facing east), each with its own beach chair, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and dine.

Special Features

During the colder months, underfloor heating warms the entire non-smoking house. Other special features include a DVD collection, a selection of board games (including classics such as Monopoly), a vacation library, two garden loungers, an automatic ventilation system on the windows, a Nespresso machine, and much more. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge in the house.

The complex is designed to be very family-friendly and is therefore car-free. Of course, you’re welcome to drive up to your vacation home to load and unload; afterward, you can park your car at the entrance to the complex in the pre-reserved, free parking space. If you’re arriving with multiple cars, you’re also welcome to use the nearby large parking lot for a fee.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the apartment located on the property. Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. There is also a bike rack in front of the house.

You are also welcome to use the handcart provided here free of charge.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart and bicycle provided, should the equipment be defective, not to your liking, or temporarily unavailable. These are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room Service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
