Amenities
The family-friendly 3-roomapartment on the 1st floor spans 70 square meters of living space across two levels and is equipped to accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children.
On the first level, you’ll find the living room with a large corner sofa (sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a small kitchen-diner.
From here, you can also step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery.
The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV. Feel free to store your vacation clothes in the closet.
From the living area, a space-saving staircase leads up to the open attic. This area is better suited for older children. Single beds are available here. A separate flat-screen TV mounted on the wall provides entertainment on this floor as well.

This non-smoking apartment has its own entrance via the covered walkway, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

Bicycles

There are two shared, lockable storage sheds on the property (with electrical outlets, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes can be [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15b. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
