From the entryway, which features a coat closet, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom, and the shower room/restroom.
The living area consists of a sitting area, a dining area, a flat-screen cable TV with HD, a radio/CD player, and an open kitchen.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard amenities.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (standard size: 1.60 x 2.00[nbsp][nbsp]m) with twin mattresses and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.
Pets are not allowed.
The building has an elevator, which is accessible via a half-floor walk and takes you quickly to all floors.

Starting September 14, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the roof (installation of bitumen membranes) and the facade will be repainted. During this time, the building will be fully covered with scaffolding and a safety net.
The work is scheduled to be completed by mid-October 2026, though delays are possible. Should you be inconvenienced by the work during your stay, we will grant you a hassle-free 20% discount on the daily rental rate.
