Vacation Rental No. 04 is a spacious 3-room attic apartment with 70 m² of living space —ideal for up to three people. A child aged 10 can be accommodated additionally upon request. A special highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Nordperd and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The light-filled living area is equipped with a comfortable couch, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows create an open and inviting atmosphere and lead directly out onto the rooftop terrace. The adjacent open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils.
The apartment has two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features another closet and a generous single bed (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m). The modern, naturally lit bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A free parking space right next to the building rounds out the amenities.

For relaxation, you also have access to the shared sauna with a relaxation area—ideal for winding down the day in a soothing way.
