The Hochbergle vacation village, featuring Haus Marie, offers comfortable and family-friendly accommodations in Lechbruck am See, distinguished by its comprehensive amenities and attractive location in a rural setting. The house is located in a well-maintained vacation complex and is accessible via a ramp, ensuring that guests with limited mobility can also enjoy a pleasant stay. With a living area of 64 m², there are a total of three rooms available, including two separate bedrooms with vinyl flooring. Four sleeping accommodations provide ample space for families with children, who are warmly welcomed at this property. Babies will also feel right at home here, thanks in part to a high chair that is provided.

The spacious living area features a cozy sofa nook and a separate dining area with a dining table and armchairs. Two televisions with satellite (digital) connections and a radio provide entertainment during your stay. Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available. Floor-to-ceiling windows with privacy screens offer pleasant natural light and privacy. Designed as a smoke-free home, the house prioritizes a healthy indoor environment. Pets are also permitted by prior arrangement and on a limited basis (maximum 1 pet).

The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and capsule espresso machine, you’ll also find plenty of dishes and cutlery. Access to a shared washer and dryer makes longer stays more convenient. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and window. A hair dryer is also provided.

A real highlight is the covered patio, which is furnished with garden furniture and lounge chairs, inviting you to relax. From here, you can enjoy a partial mountain view as well as views of the well-maintained garden and the surrounding countryside. The garden itself is available for use and features a playground—an added bonus for families. A beach umbrella provides extra shade on warm days, and window screens keep insects out. You can park your car conveniently and free of charge in the parking lot near the house. There is a charging station on-site for electric vehicles.

The location in a quiet village is also central to numerous recreational opportunities. Lake Lech is about 500 meters away and is perfect for fishing, swimming, boating, rowing, and canoeing. For active vacationers, there are mountain bike and hiking trails, Nordic walking routes, jogging paths, and horseback riding opportunities. In winter, ski lifts and cross-country trails are just 1,000 meters away; other activities include sledding, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ice skating. Golf enthusiasts will find a golf course just 1.5 kilometers away, and mini-golf and tennis are also available.

Shops, restaurants, and the nearest supermarket are all within a radius of about one kilometer, ensuring that guests can easily take care of their own needs. Public transportation is 500 meters away. A doctor and hospital are nearby for medical needs, and a bank and ATM are also easily accessible.

The Hochbergle vacation village and Haus Marie are ideal for families, couples, and guests who appreciate a wide range of recreational activities. The region offers amusement parks, museums, cultural events, horse-drawn carriage rides, hot-air balloon rides, and other tourist attractions. The house prioritizes peace and security, so youth groups are not permitted. A central heating system ensures a comfortable indoor climate even during the cold season. Smoke detectors, a vacuum cleaner, a coat rack, and a dresser round out the comprehensive amenities, ensuring you have a comfortable stay.

The idyllic Allgäu vacation village of Hochbergle is situated on a hill, the Hochbergle, overlooking the Oberer Lechsee, nestled in a beautiful moorland landscape and offering a breathtaking view of the Ammergau Alps and the Lechsee.

Since the vacation village is built on a hill, many houses are accessible only by stairs, and in most cases, you cannot drive right up to the front door—only to a spot nearby. However, some have ground-level access and parking spots very close to the house; I’d be happy to advise you on these.
Pets are welcome in certain houses, for a fee and with advance notice; please note that leashes are required!

Our vacation village is largely car-free. Access is secured by a gate, which opens on your arrival and departure days via license plate recognition.

The vacation village also features a restaurant, which reopened in 1.5.2026.
Open daily except Tuesdays, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch are available for groups of 6 or more with advance reservation.

We also offer an external breakfast roll delivery service in the mornings, with delivery right to your door!

A utility building with coin-operated washers and dryers is available, as are EV charging stations.
In addition, the youngest guests can enjoy a newly redesigned playground featuring table tennis tables, a climbing frame, an in-ground trampoline, balance beams, and a soccer field.
Games, table tennis paddles, and sleds can be borrowed at the front desk.

Free internet access is provided in every house.
Note: The connection isn’t fast—this is a rural area!

A small, natural swimming lake, the Badewäldlesee, with a sunbathing area is just a stone’s throw away; a small dirt path leads directly there from the village.
The center of Lechbruck am See is only 1.5 km away and easily accessible on foot via the Lechsee circular trail. Here you’ll find bakeries, supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.
