Really beautiful apartment in the west of Hamburg

The apartment is located in the beautiful Nienstedten neighborhood, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery, just 150 meters from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there, you can take a direct train to Altona Station (8 min), downtown (20 min), and the airport (45 min).
Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the building.
Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, the Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are easily accessible.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our building and is accessible via an exterior staircase. It is approximately 80 square meters in size and features a very large rooftop terrace equipped with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs. From here, you have a beautiful view of the garden and the Derby Park (show jumping and dressage), which is located directly across the street. The world-famous “Hamburg Show Jumping Derby” takes place here only once a year on Ascension Day.

Inside the apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 m), as well as a small room with a bed (fold-out, 90 cm or 160 cm). A baby crib can be provided upon request.
The bathroom is spacious and features a shower and a large bathtub.
The living area faces south and is equipped with a kitchen that includes everything you need (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils).
The living room area is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, and from here you can access the spacious rooftop terrace. There is also a TV, a very well-stocked library of gardening books, and information about Hamburg.
There are chickens and a dog on the property.

The apartment is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. It has its own entrance. We live on the lower floors.
