Welcome to our spacious apartment in a quiet location in Solingen. The 126 m² apartment offers plenty of space, privacy and comfort, making it a great alternative to a classic hotel room. It is especially suitable for couples, families, wedding guests, event visitors, trade fair guests, business travelers and workers.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Bergisches Land region, in a quiet street with no through traffic. At the same time, Solingen, Leichlingen, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal and the A3 and A46 motorways are easy to reach. This makes the apartment a convenient base for private stays, family visits, weddings, weekend trips, business assignments or trade fair visits in the region.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is available to you for your exclusive use. It offers two separate bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living area with Smart TV and game console, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large roof terrace overlooking greenery.

Modern Samsung WindFree air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms ensure pleasant temperatures. Especially on warm days, this is a real comfort feature and makes your stay even more relaxing.
