Spacious indoor swimming pool with panoramic mountain views, 20m pool with non-swimmer area in the building, which can be used free of charge. Sauna for exclusive use (free of charge during general opening hours). A games room with table tennis and table soccer is available. Ski/bike storage room is located in the parking garage. Large meadows with trees in front of the building.
(Ski) bus stop in front of the house, the ski bus and public transport are free of charge. Gondola lift, train station, post office, shopping facilities and the town center are within walking distance.

The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, double bedroom, living room (fold-away bed suitable for two people), shower/toilet/washbasin, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, private underground parking space, and much more.
