The separate entrance provides additional privacy, while the very quiet location—free of through traffic—is ideal for relaxing days.
You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and the charming old town of Haltern am See, with its restaurants, cafés, museums, and small shops. The Münsterland and Ruhr regions are also within easy reach and offer a wide variety of recreational and cultural activities.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a light-filled living room with a wood-burning stove and a sleeper sofa, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The basement features a hallway and a quiet bedroom, perfect for restful nights.
Parking spaces are available right in front of the house. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the public parking lot 400 m away.
Your stay is climate-neutral; in addition to solar power or green electricity, heating is provided by a geothermal system or the wood-burning stove.
