Gartenstraße is a quiet residential street, located just about 500 meters from the beach and the lively town center. You’ll enjoy a peaceful yet very central location. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach all the cafés, bars, restaurants, and shopping options. Amenities

Apartment No. 1 is a beautiful, light-filled 2-room Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental located on the lower level, featuring a furnished terrace and hardwood floors in the living area. Thanks to the vacation home’s hillside location, you’ll still enjoy large windows and a furnished terrace with a beach chair for two people facing southwest.

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment has a living area of 60 square meters and is suitable for 4 people. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a leather double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a Bose SoundTouch system, and a cozy dining area. The open, adjoining pine wood built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

All other necessary kitchen utensils are also provided. The bedroom is separate and features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and another flat-screen TV.

This cozy vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet, as well as a guest restroom.

Special Features

To stay connected while on vacation, this apartment offers free Wi-Fi. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the building’s basement. The initial set of bed linens is included in this vacation rental.

From May 1 through September 15, a free beach chair on the beach is also included with this apartment, rounding out a dreamy beach vacation on the Baltic Sea!

A parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike carport. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.) Dogs are allowed in this apartment; please note that this is a non-smoking property.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
