House Ingeborg WE 16: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach and very centrally located

This modern, beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 51 m²) on the 1st floor (with elevator) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The bedroom features high-quality vinyl flooring, while all other rooms have tile floors.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) corner couch and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 5 chairs, a sideboard, and a wall shelf. The living room has two large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony).

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions). A basic selection of books is also available.

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a clothes rack.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your jackets and shoes on the coat rack (with a wall mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

The apartment also includes an iron and an ironing board. To wash your vacation clothes, communal washing machines and dryers are available on the 2nd floor—these can be used by all guests for a fee (coin-operated).

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 16) assigned to your apartment, located directly behind the building; your bicycles can be parked in the bike racks in the building’s courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex—however, there are 6 steps to walk from the ground-floor entrance to the elevator.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more people are staying, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
