A few meters by boat and you are on the spacious Veerse Meer with its many water sports opportunities. Kortgene is a cozy village with various restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg, and the historic town of Veere are a 20-minute drive away. The wide North Sea beach is less than a 15-minute drive away. A little further away, you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans, famous for the Delta Neeltje Jans theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists.

The villa is located on a dead-end street. Parking is available on a private driveway. The holiday home is in a quiet location and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door, you enter the cosy living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. Open kitchen with various built-in appliances and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hallway and guest toilet. 

Upstairs, there is a landing with access to three spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with two bunk beds and two bedrooms with two single beds). Spacious bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet.
