Our village lies on the Spree with many ponds and floodplains. Our landmark is the giant oak with a trunk circumference of 9.50 metres and is approx. 800 years old. In the centre of the village there is a very good restaurant, currently closed. For anglers, there is a specialist fishing shop in Bautzen and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. You can reach our beautiful 1000-year-old town of Bautzen on foot, by bike or by bus.
