With a spacious garden and an inviting swimming pool, it is the ideal place for relaxation and fun for the whole family. Look forward to undisturbed moments in the midst of nature, accompanied by the gentle sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Inside the building, a living space of 120 m² combines modern comfort with traditional charm. Three cosy bedrooms offer retreats for a restful night's sleep. The centrepiece is a large kitchen with a cooking island and dining table, which invites you to spend evenings cooking together. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and offers relaxation for young and old. Two modern bathrooms with rain showers round off the feel-good ambience. The air conditioning in all rooms ensures comfort whatever the weather.

Outside, the spacious terrace invites you to linger under the starry sky. The balcony offers a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. In addition to the swimming pool, the garden also offers sunny and shady spots for your exclusive use. Here you can unwind completely undisturbed and enjoy the idyllic peace and quiet.

The location of our holiday home is ideal for nature lovers and adventure seekers. There are several national parks in the area: Kornati, Krka and Paklenica, as well as the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which invite you to unforgettable excursions. The beaches of Biograd, Pakoštane and Drage are only a 15-minute drive away and offer crystal clear water for refreshing days by the sea. For daily needs, there is a grocery store just 2000 metres away, while the nearest lake is just 5000 metres away for long walks.
