Well-kept studio on the 4th floor with separate kitchen, cloakroom and balcony with morning sun. This exposure may not be ideal for late risers. The studio is therefore equipped with blackout curtains. Conversely, the early rays of sunshine invite you to enjoy a cosy breakfast on the balcony.
The studio is equipped with one or two single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed. The extendable table can comfortably seat up to four people. A cosy wicker armchair completes the picture.
There is enough space in the entrance area for a complete wardrobe. There are separate rooms in the house for sports equipment and shoes. The spacious built-in wardrobes not only store your suitcase but also all your clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, crockery, cutlery and pans and invites you to cook for yourself. A coffee machine and kettle are available, raclette or fondue equipment is available on request.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment.
The balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs.
