Vacation Apartment 13 (RM13) in the Meeresbrandung residence is located right on the beach in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, Building 1. You’re just about 10 meters from the ocean and the fine sandy beach—perfect for anyone who loves short walks and wants to spend their vacation right on the coast. From the terrace, you can enjoy a view of the sea.

The 56 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. There is an elevator in the building. Please note, however, that the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible: To reach the elevator, you must first go down a flight of stairs (see photos). This non-smoking apartment is ideal for couples, families with children, or vacations with a baby.

The bedroom and living area are carpeted, creating a cozy atmosphere. For your entertainment, there are two TVs (35–44 inches) with digital cable, a radio, and free Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.

The open-concept living area flows directly into the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and a shower. Additionally, you can use the shared washer and dryer in the complex. A clothes drying rack is also available and is especially handy for longer stays.

A covered balcony with a sea view invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air even when the weather is changeable. A private parking space in the underground garage is available for your vehicle. Contactless check-in and check-out are available.

The resort features a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, both located in Building 1, which guests of the Meeresbrandung Residence may use free of charge, subject to availability.
