floor offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The
bedroom, furnished with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm), has direct access to the large east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun. The bright living room also opens onto the balcony and, with a cozy couch, two armchairs, and a comfortable dining area, invites you to linger. Whether you’re reading a good book or enjoying a relaxing movie night in front of
cable TV—this is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. The fully
equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your
favorite meals. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet provides
additional comfort and relaxation after a long day at the beach. For
longer stays, a washing machine and
a clothes dryer are available for shared use in the basement of the house (for a fee).
