Imagínese despertarse e irse a dormir en este hermoso condominio / apartamento frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. Construido en 2007 y remodelado en marzo de 2017. Esta propiedad frente al mar será su lugar de vacaciones favorito cada año. Esta propiedad frente al mar tiene hermosas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y todas las comodidades de cocina para ayudarlo a sentirse como en casa. Toallas de playa, sillas de playa y tablas de surf esperan. Todo lo que necesitas para estas vacaciones de ensueño es ropa y comida. El condominio / apartamento está en el 3er piso con su propio balcón privado y parrilla. La hermosa playa está a unos pasos de su propia entrada privada. Se completa con televisión por cable e internet. Cada habitación tiene su propia ducha privada. El condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades para que se sienta como en casa. El dormitorio principal se enfrenta a dos puertas de vidrio francesas que dan al océano Pacífico y cuenta con una cama queen size con bañera hundida y ducha separada de doble cabezal. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con un juego de cama queen size, el baño tiene una ducha, inodoro y lavabo. Great location. Enjoyed visiting with adult friends on patio while watching the beach. Everything we needed for meal prep. Plenty space and bathrooms for 6 senior women. Stairs to condo may be a problem if someone had difficulties.

We had a great time again. We have stayed here twice now. We definitely missed the table on the patio for sunset dinner but we enjoyed the patio still. Location is so great for Belmont which we go to every night for rides etc. We had everything we needed besides tupperware. Not sure why guests take those or ruin them for other people (I'm a host in AZ) so that was frustrating but we love staying here and will be back again in two years

Great location with direct access to the beach. Great views from the kitchen window and the outside deck. Bedrooms are comfortable and updated as are bathrooms. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Easy check-in and very responsive host. Lots of beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys. Living/dining area feels "tired" and needs deep cleaning and a "refresh". Ditto the deck furnishings. Available parking spot is very tight. A few small improvements would go a long way to making this a topnotch spot!

Great location

We had a good time. Felt that the property was clean and taken care of. Agree with some of the reviews with regards to the beds being a little bit uncomfortable but for the most part a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We like the third floor, the first floor would have no privacy and we were happy with the location. You will have to drag some luggage upstairs but for us it wasn't that big of a deal. Couldn't get any more convenient with regards to beach location. Public transportation was smooth from this location every place we went. Would be happy to stay here again.

There is no patio. There is a balcony that sits about 6. There is propane fire pit thingy that did not work. The balcony is dirty. There is a very small BBQ that clearly has not been cleaned for years. There was zero propane. On day 3 the landlord messaged me that she was dropping off a propane tank at the front door. I dragged it up 3 flights of stairs and hooked it up myself. The entry to the house is in the back ally. You CAN NOT get the beach through the front of the house. You walk down the 3 flights of stairs down the back ally and walk a couple houses down to an outlet to the board walk. The washer sounds like it has boulders. There was also plenty of mold in the rubber gaskets we cleaned. The back room has a closet shower. Not too big of deal but it is an awkward transition to get into it as the door was an after thought. But at least that back shower doesn’t smell like vomit and the dirty dish rag like the middle shower does. We wore flip flops in the shower as the floor was slimed. The narrow parking spot that is advertised should not be advertised as a parking spot. The property has a full size 2 car garage full of trash. You have to park on the street and set your alarm to go move your car every morning to avoid an 85 ticket. There was dog crap all over the bottom patio and hundreds of old dog toys piled up. There is no way to lock the entry way and 300 worth of stuff got stolen. Just bad. Not as advertised. Pics of dog crap attached.

Overall it was just ok. Pros:Location was excellent for beach and Mission Point activitiesBalcony area was excellent!! 5 stars! Relaxing, wonderful with the fire pit, great view of the beach and dolphins swimming by.The number of beds/baths were perfect for our groupThe owner was quick to respond and accomodating with any issues we had during our stayChairs, boogie boards and more were available for the kids to use. They enjoyed them very muchCons:Tennants below had dog(s) and the smell of urine and feces was ripe on certain days when we were out on the balcony, or walking up the stairs to access our rooms.There are stairs - not that this is horrible, just know that all luggage will have to be take up the stairsNo AC - although it was relatively cool while we were there, it was muggy a night or two, and an AC unit would have helped with the humidityPictures are not recent - the pictures of the unit are beautiful, but in perspn it obviously has signs of wear and tear. Not a terrible thing - but be aware it is not newly refurbishedThird bedroom bathroom is very small, and the shower is awkward. We ended up using only the first two bathrooms the entire week Parking - might as well say there is NO parking at this house. It was only big enough for us to back in our vehicle, but not to open the doors. We had to crawl out the trunk to get in and out. I don't think there is any type of vehicle that could make parking here easily accessible. (We had a land rover)

Look no further!!!!! Great place to stay, with perfect location, in the heart of everything. Beautiful condo with amazing view. Fully stoc Check in and out was a seamless process.We had a few questions, answered in minutes.We will definitely return in December.So much to see and do in this area.

The fireplace outside only works for a few minutes. The place needs some deep cleaning and updating. It was misrepresented as a stand alone house. Especially when it was only the third floor.

Super awesome place ! ! All of our family loved it , kids had the best time , you can literally watch them from the kitchen window if you want , view was amazing, balcony relaxing is the best here ! What we liked is that it’s just far enough from the Belmont park parking lot where it’s not over crowded on the beach , this whole “busy” weekend with it being Mother’s Day and all , beach looked empty for the most part and that was really cool! The landlords here are very nice as well! Complete private stairway entry , just get ready for “leg day” coming up and down those stairs ! We can’t really find anything to complain about , it’s a beautiful beach house and everything worked properly inside the house as well ! We will most definitely stay here again with our family !

Kids Birthday Trip

Monica’s home is wonderful! We came for my son’s birthday and it was easy to get everywhere from here. From the airport, to Sea World to driving around, everything was so close! We walked to dinner every night as well. So many wonderful restaurants in either direction.She also has everything you need for the beach which was so helpful when you have young kids. We just walked right down there from the condo and found a spot to sit for the day. The condo has plenty of room for a family of 4 and friend who came with and had their own space.The outside patio was used everyday and was amazing! We will be back- Thank you so much Monica for having us and for being so kind!!

Perfect condo with breath taking views!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was!! We sat out daily on the patio and we saw dolphins in the morning. I was there for a work event so the large bath was delightful in the evenings. My kids enjoyed the beach during the day, got ice cream nearby and my son grilled for us one of the nights. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us figure out some activities we had questions about. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Paradise on the Pacific

The condo was absolutely lovely - clean, and well stocked with kitchen amenities, towels, beach accessories and extra linens. It looks like the owners recently purchased a new grill so was able to take advantage of that throughout my stay. It was nice to open the windows and fall asleep to the ocean sounds. The host provided everything needed to feel comfortable and was very quick to respond to any questions. I see there have been some upgrades with a new fire place and new comforters. The host stocked us with a cold bottle of wine upon arrival which was nice after the long flight. Excellent location and only a 5-minute walk to Belmont Park but far enough from any noise that Belmont has. There is plenty of local cute shops and restaurant options also within walking distance. We only had one car but it does look like the space is large enough for two cars. We had a sedan and had no issues with the parking. We come here every year and we will be staying here again!

My morning coffee has never been so pleasant.

This place is very nice. If you have a larger vehicle you won’t be able to park at the property but you can park at Belmont Park overnight and it’s just a short walk away. If you have a smaller vehicle this is 5 stars

Great spot but disappointing rental

Please read the reviews before renting this space! Location is great and the house has SO much potential if it was better maintained. Ants crawling on the walls in kitchen/family room, terribly uncomfortable mattress in the master that makes you roll to the center, old bedding, mold looking build up on doorknobs, strands of long black hair (not ours) throughout the bathrooms, zero parking if you have anything bigger than a standard car….It was not all negative, but if you are picky about cleanliness this is not the spot for you.

Beautiful Home at the Beach

Perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a few of our friends. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The host even decorated for Christmas. Any questions I had were promptly answered.

Great Location

The condo is in a fantastic location. The condo was dirty. There were several burned out light bulbs. This was very inconvenient because some of them were over the staircase. There were no paper products except toilet paper. There was no control over temperature regulation because the thermostats were inoperable. There was no ice maker and no trays available. There were spiders in the back bathroom. It could have been a much better experience with some effort by the owners. Thank goodness for the excellent location.

I raised my children in the small home that was here at this location. My children learned to surf in front of this house. I work at a large hospital in the area. I bought the property in 2001. I have lived here since 2001. I live in the lower portion of the condo/Apartment with my daughter and I simply can not imagine living anywhere else. We have so many wonderful family memories of our Mission Beach home that I hope your family can make family memories as we have. Watching the dolphins play and ride the waves in front of my home still amazes me. This is and will always be my home, as was the first owners before me that lived in the original home that was here before. I am very knowledgeable of the San Diego area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

One word ...... Ocean Front. You should choose this property because the location is perfect. The location of the condo is difficult for beach goers to park. The large parking lots are a great distance for beach goers to drag beach gear, so the beach is always available to me. I never have many beach goers on the beach area in front of my home. The other great thing is that I take great care with this property and make sure that everything is clean and well maintained. Everything is new; Not to mention the ocean view.

The property has been recently remodeled and furnished well. I take pride in my property. This is more than a rental, this is my place and is a representation of myself.
