Beautifully situated vacation apartment

Our house, which includes a vacation apartment, is located at 950 meters above sea level in Berchtesgaden, in the Oberau district. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains of the Berchtesgaden National Park and, above all, the peace and quiet to savor this view. The property is situated far away from busy roads, surrounded by meadows and forests, in a nearly secluded location above the village of Oberau. Since our access road ends not far from our house, it is used only by us and our few neighbors. This means that a car passes by only a few times a day. It’s the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and take a deep breath.

The vacation rental has been awarded 4 stars and can accommodate up to 4 people. It’s located on the first floor of the farmhouse, measures approximately 70 square meters, and features two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a hallway, and a bathroom with a window. Access to the large balcony (with a magnificent view and morning sun) is available from both bedrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, radio, and TV. Of course, we also offer Wi-Fi.
