Vacation home for 5 guests with 97m² in Zierow (306915)

The thatched cottage “Blinkfür” in the resort town of Zierow has been ready for occupancy since late 2018. It is located in the new vacation home community De Poeler Drift.
Look forward to a modern, high-quality, and bright interior, carefully selected for our guests with an eye for detail. The entire house is tiled and equipped with modern underfloor heating. A wood-burning stove and a sauna invite you to enjoy a cozy year-round vacation on the Mecklenburg coast of the Baltic Sea. Two parking spaces are located directly on the property.
On the first floor, the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space and comfort for shared meals and game nights. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped (raised oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer for larger grocery runs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle).
A SMART TV, stereo system/DVD player, books, and games provide entertainment on rainy days. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The large leather corner couch offers a view of the Baltic Sea, approximately 600 m away. The open-concept dining area with bar stools seats up to 6 people.
Also located on the first floor are a guest restroom with natural light, a sauna with wellness shower[nbsp], and an utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, etc.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom for our guests.
Bedroom An is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a closet, a dresser, and a desk.
Bedroom B—with a lake view—features a single bed (90x200) and a dresser.
Bedroom C, which also has a lake view, features a French bed (140x200) and a dresser.
A travel crib can be provided upon request for younger guests.
The bedding is suitable for people with allergies. All bedrooms have windows with built-in insect screens. Curtains, pleated blinds, and shutters allow you to darken the room as desired.
The modern bathroom beneath the distinctive bat-wing dormer creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition to high-quality bathroom fixtures, you’ll find a bathtub, a walk-in shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
You can start or end your day wonderfully on the wraparound terrace. Several seating areas give you the opportunity to relax in the shade or enjoy the sun on the garden loungers. The terrace is currently furnished with a small table and two chairs. Garden furniture for up to 6 people, as well as a beach chair, is available for our guests. A tabletop grill also ensures a cozy evening of grilling.
The vacation home community is a wonderful starting point for long walks in any season and for bike rides. Bike racks are available right on the property for the bikes you bring with you. Bikes can also be rented on-site.
There is a wallbox at the house that can be used for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.
