Corner ground-floor apartment in a quiet green setting with 1 bedroom (double bed). Cozy living room and fully equipped open kitchen. Spacious garden with terrace to enjoy the sun. Located in a holiday domain 300 m from the promenade and 800 m from the center, near dunes and walking trails. Close to Vita Krokodiel sports complex with pool and wellness.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
