Cozy 5th-floor studio with sofa bed and murphy bed for 2. Bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and sunny terrace overlooking the hinterland. Modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Located on the promenade (no sea view), close to a tram stop. Bicycle storage in the building.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
