The chalet is located on a small and quiet chalet park, overlooking the lake Afritzer See, in the middle of sunny southern Carinthia. Around you, majestic mountains, sparkling lakes and vast green landscapes unfold. Whether you want to relax with a good book or actively explore the surroundings - it's all possible here, whatever the season.

When winter makes its appearance, the region turns into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Just 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, with a beautiful ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski area is also close by (about 13 km) and offers 50 to 55 kilometers of sun-drenched runs, with breathtaking views.

For those who love culture, shopping or a cosy lunch on a terrace, Villach is a must. This lively town combines historical charm with modern shops, a thermal spa and excellent restaurants. And if you feel like a short trip: within half an hour you drive into Italy and immediately taste the Italian lifestyle.
