Corner ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds (up to 6 guests). Bright cozy living room with large windows and open kitchen. 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower Central location by the park, within walking distance of the promenade, new Casino, shops and tram. Suitable for reduced mobility. Note: the garage is not accessible from 09/02/2026 to 30/06/2026.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
