Cozy fully renovated 4th-floor studio with sleeping area (murphy bed for 2) and sofa bed for 2. Bright living room with sunny terrace. Fully equipped open kitchen and modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Excellent location opposite the promenade and beach, near shops and tram stop. Private cellar (4 m²) with bike hooks and power outlet for e-bikes.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
