Spacious 5th-floor apartment with breathtaking sea views. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds, both opening onto a sunny terrace. Very large living room with sofa bed and full-width floor-to-ceiling windows. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Directly on the promenade, swimming pool in the building.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
