Two newly built holiday homes with spa on the west coast
This holiday home contains two newly built architect-designed houses with a total area of 95sqm (80/15) which will be completed in the spring of 2025 and can be rented individually or together.
Both houses have a kitchen, toilet, shower and dishwasher. In the larger house, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. All modern amenities are available. Large terrace areas around the entire house. No recreational/play areas on the rest of the plot.
The accommodation is well-placed in a child-friendly area.
The small cottage can only be rented alone when the family themselves are staying in the large cottage or it is empty. It is not current to have 2 different parties in the same period in both houses.
The 80sqm cottage has 2 bedrooms. 1 master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and 1 smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (family bed) 120 cm below and 90 cm above. In this bedroom, 3 people can sleep.
The small house has 1 room with a double bed below and a 90 cm bunk bed above.
You should be near the coast and beach with approximately 600m walking distance.
West Coast cities such as Båstad 6km or Halmstad 20km are nearby and
many golf courses are located from 5 km and upwards from this lovely accommodation.
