This beautiful detached villa is situated in an exceptionally peaceful and secluded setting near the stunning Green Lake in close vicinity of Imotski. Surrounded by unspoiled nature and Mediterranean scenery, the property offers maximum privacy and relaxation.
The living area of 240 m² comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an open-plan living room with Smart TV, a kitchen and a dining area. The villa features four spacious bedrooms which are all airconditioned and filled with natural light, designed for comfort.
The highlight of the property is the impressive 50 m² swimming pool with hydromassage jets and kids pool which is located on a expansive outdoor area — perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying quality time with family and friends. The spacious terrace in the garden with an elegant dining area invites you to relax while you prepare exquisite meals on the fireplace grill.
