We are a self-check-in property, but you can always reach us via the Airbnb app, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
The tram station Höschgasse is just 50 m away.
From the airport: take the direct S-Bahn to Bahnhof Stadelhofen (18 min) then the tram number 4 from Bellevue to Höschgasse (7 min).
From the main station: take the tram number 4 from Bahnhofquai to Höschgasse.
The apartment doesn`t have a designed parking space, but there are a few options to park your car, the price is 35-45 CHF/day.
1. Covered car park : Parkhaus Utoquai: Färberstrasse 6, 8008 Zürich
2. Covered car park: Parkhaus Feldegg, Riesbachstrasse 7, 8008 Zürich
3. Covered car park: Parkhaus Zürichhorn, Dufourstrasse 142, Zürich
4. You also can park your car on a white zone with parking meter (5 CHF/2 hours)

Welcome guests! Here`s all you need to know:
Latest check out time is 10 am.
Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding.
No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.
Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided.
You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.

The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
