Cozy 2nd-floor studio with a sleeping area featuring a double bed. Comfortable living room with sofa bed for 2 and fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Ideal for couples or small families. Great location close to the promenade and beach, shops and public transport.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
