Cozy 5th-floor studio, perfect for a relaxing seaside holiday. Sleeping area with bunk bed, ideal for children or extra guests. Living room with a double wall bed and a sofa bed for 2 guests, with frontal sea views. Fully renovated and equipped kitchen with modern amenities. Renovated bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Within walking distance of the tram stop and shops.
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
