Experience this large and quiet maisonette apartment of approx. 90 sqm in Kapfenberg, perfectly suited for companies, workers, and project teams.

The apartment is spread over two levels and offers 4 separate rooms.
One room is on the lower level, the others upstairs – ideal for privacy and restful sleep.
★ Flexible sleeping setup:
Several single beds, queen-size beds, and a sofa bed allow practical arrangements for group and work-related stays.
★ Fully equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering):
Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor hood, kettle, hand mixer, and complete kitchenware.
A dining table can also be used as an additional workspace.
★ Work, comfort & entertainment:
A dedicated desk as a workspace, 50-inch smart TV with premium channels & Netflix, a private Wi-Fi router, and fans in all rooms – ideal for business and long-term stays.
★ Modern bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, perfect for longer stays.

A balcony for short outdoor breaks.
★ Practical extras:
A vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are provided in the apartment.

Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful community and kindly ask you to minimize noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to allow everyone a restful sleep.
Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people stated at booking. For additional visitors, we appreciate a prior agreement.
Eco-Friendly: We place a great value on environmental protection. Please help us by separating waste and disposing of it in the designated bins.
Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask you to adhere to the agreed times for key handover and return. Please inform us in case of any delays.
Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.
Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or accidentally breaks, please inform us – we understand that small mishaps can happen.
Safety First: Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to secure your personal belongings.
